With the coverage and the growing popularity of mobile communications, the base stations distribute all over the country. With the equipment and the increasing number of functions, base stations faced with new demand. Therefore, the development of a unified management system, with electricity management, base station monitoring, anti-theft features, which reach to strengthen chi hair straightener management and improve the efficiency of the management has become the future development direction of the base station management.This paper came from the practical application of engineering, designed a base station information integrated management system based on GPRS. The system is divided into information terminals and servers, information terminal is constituted by terminal host, custom digital ammeter, anti-theft camera and a number of other functional modules. It is installed in chi straightener the base station itself and responsible for data collection, delivery and related control. The server placed in the data center to complete the preservation, analysis, query, display of data and associated control. This paper completed the design and implementation of the information terminal.The terminal chi flat iron host using ST's high-performance ARM7 processor as the core to manage custom digital ammeter, anti-theft camera and data transmission.The terminal host hardware and software architecture design are described in detail in this paper. Test data show that the function of the system meet the design objectives.
